To complement the array of statistical, rental collection and expense data that our on-site software package provides, AMC�s Financial Services Division prepares detailed monthly financial statement reporting packages for our clients that provide month-to-date and year-to-date profit and loss comparisons, revenue and expense rolling trend reports, income statement and balance sheet data as well as general ledger reports. Regional Property Managers also prepare a monthly operating summary which provides an overview of the property�s monthly activity, as well as budget variance explanations. All financial information is available through client access to the Ambling Intranet for download and printing as well as by hard copy. AMC also offers the ability to facilitate ad valorem tax management and insurance services.
