Compliance Monitoring Services
To ensure that our affordable communities and our clients receive quality compliance monitoring services, AMC employs a full-service compliance department that reviews all initial resident and recertification files to determine that all LIHTC state and federal guidelines are being met during the applicant qualifying process. In addition, our compliance personnel perform on-site file audits, provide comprehensive training to employees of LIHTC communities, create and revise policies and forms as government procedures change, and prepare and submit all quarterly and annual state reporting, as well as syndicator reporting. |
