Maintenance & Service Programs

AMC’s maintenance programs and policies allow for consistent training for all on-site maintenance personnel. Additionally, AMC employs a National Director of Maintenance and Construction services whose responsibilities include:
    • Oversight and contract preparation of major capital projects
    • Evaluate and modify scopes of work for on-site recurring contractors to ensure contract integrity (i.e. landscaping, exterior lighting, turn-key services for student housing properties, etc.)
    • Inspection services for new construction & rehab properties
    • Mold remediation and assessment programs
    • Review & modify current maintenance policies & procedures
    • Work with owners & developers to evaluate new project plans
    • Assist the Director of National Purchasing to update and secure the best qualified vendors and pricing
    • Mentor and train new maintenance supervisors to ensure sound maintenance and capital decisions.
