With over 19 years of successful multi-family property management experience, Victor Morgan is responsible for the operation and management of the Central Division with over 4500 units comprising 38 properties in four states. Morgan has overall responsibility for budgeting and purchasing, human resources, maintenance and construction for all properties in the Central Division. As Regional Vice President, he oversees central division operations of conventional and affordable housing, regularly visiting properties, inspecting offices and field operations. He also reviews reports from Regional Property Managers and Property Managers to determine occupancy and collection results, marketing efforts and oversees maintenance projects. Morgan also reviews all property financial statements on a monthly basis.
